Safety policy

Messaging & platform safety

The most important rule on Xrillium: all advisor-client communication must stay on the platform. Here's why, and what counts as a violation.

Why on-platform only

Keeping conversations inside Xrillium protects clients from off-platform scams, gives our trust & safety team a reviewable record for disputes, and lets us actually enforce advisor conduct rules. Off-platform contact removes every one of those protections.

Off-platform requests are prohibited

Advisors may not request, suggest, or accept moving the reading or follow-up to any outside channel.
  • Phone calls, SMS, voicemail
  • WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, iMessage
  • Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, Snapchat, TikTok, Discord
  • Personal email accounts
  • Cash App notes, Venmo notes, PayPal notes, Zelle messages, or any other payment-app message threads

Payment methods vs. messaging

Approved payment apps (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, etc.) are used only to send the payment shown on the advisor's profile. Conversation, follow-up, and reading delivery happen inside Xrillium chat — not inside the payment app's message thread.

Sharing personal contact info

Don't share personal phone numbers, social handles, or off-platform usernames in chat — clients or advisors. The system may flag such messages and our team may review them.

Reporting

If anyone asks you to move off-platform, use the Report button inside the chat or open a support request. Reports are reviewed by our team and can lead to suspension or removal.

Consequences

Advisors caught soliciting off-platform contact may face warnings, payment-method delisting, profile suspension, or permanent removal — even on a first offense for severe cases (fraud, harassment, evasion of refunds).
